Halloween Tea Party

The Tea Party on Halloween will be held at the Ag-South building at Mitchell Station. This is 4 miles north of Fitzpatrick on Hwy 110 in Bullock County.

The theme is "It's Halloween and the government is scaring me." come on out and listen to folks just like yourself give their opinion on the size of government, the national health-care menace or any other government program such as socialism that is destroying the nation we all hold dear.

Stand up and be counted. Become one of the "astro-turf" terrorists, so feared by the liberals. Let the politicians know that not only do elections have consequences but so do congressional actions.

Messiah Awarded the Nobel Peace Prize

The Messiah has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. This award used to mean something. But the last three Americans to win it, Owlgore, Jimmy Carter and Obama have relegated the prize to irrelevance. Obama had been fighting for peace for twelve whole days when he was nominated for the award. The only possible reason for him taking the award from other people who had actually worked for peace was another slap at George Bush by the liberal European elite.

The Nobel committee said the award was for what Obama offered in the pre-election rhetoric. Who are they kidding? That's like awarding me the Nobel prize for literature for a book that I might someday write.

After Gore, Carter and Obama (and let's not forget Arafat) who could actually be proud of winning? The Nobel Prize, once the top award in the world is now nothing more than a liberal political statement.
